I’m pretty sure that Honey Butter has changed my life. See, I am a true lover of the bread and butter course, sometimes I even agree to go to not so great restaurants (in my option) because I know I will be somewhat saved by their selection of this good stuff. I’ve been eating this for as long as I can remember, but one day everything changed.
We were sitting around the table with some friends and low and behold there is my “weakness”, sitting all innocent in a basket just whispering “eat me”,naturally I give it no second though and reach for it. I start spreading the butter on – but it wasn’t butter – it was – it was… it was BETTER than butter.
It was Honey Butter. It was that weird moment where your taste buds wake up a bit more than they normally do. The way the salty and sweet went together just made sense when I sat back and thought about it as my sweet tooth can rival my salty tooth any day of the week. Anywho, this stuff now is a staple at my place and makes it way to the table regularly – and admittedly on some occasions when I just want a little “snack” before bed.

Honey Butter
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup unsalted Butter room temperature
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together well with some force to get it light and fluffy.
- Wrap and refrigerate until needed. Let sit out for 30 minutes before use.
